At Gwyneth Hulse Design, we want you to be pleased with your purchase and understand our terms and conditions. Please read the following policy regarding payments, shipping and returns. Should you have any other queries please contact us.
We accept all major credit and debit card payments via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to do this. Goods will be shipped once full payment is received.
New Zealand shipping:
We aim to dispatch your order within 2-4 business days. We use Courier Post. Please allow 2-3 days for delivery within New Zealand. We recommend shipping to your work or other suitable daytime address to ensure someone is available to accept your order as we cannot take responsibility for any item that goes missing after delivery.
All our wooden products can be shipped internationally.
We aim to dispatch your order within 2-4 business days. We use New Zealand Post for international shipping. Parcels are not tracked.
Covid-19 continues to cause disruptions to international postal services and shipping times may be significantly longer than normal. We strongly recommend upgrading your shipping to international courier so your parcel is tracked.
Please allow 6-14 days for delivery. For international orders, you are responsible for any and all duties, customs and foreign transaction charges that may be incurred when the package arrives in your country. Please contact your local customs authorities for further information on your country’s taxes and duties.
Unclaimed orders that are returned to us will be re-sent after payment for the second shipping is received.
In the unlikely event that your parcel does not reach you we will need to lodge a missing parcel notification with NZ Post. This process often takes a couple of weeks. Only after this has been completed can we refund or replace an item.
Returns & Exchanges:
If received items do not meet your expectations, we are happy to refund or exchange as long as items are in perfect, unused condition and you contact us within 5 working days of receiving your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Our returns policy does not apply to custom orders, sale items or items sold as seconds.
If for some reason an item arrives damaged, we will either refund or replace the item. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with images of the damage within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will pay for postage if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).
Please check parcels are not damaged before signing for delivery.
All items come with care instructions, please ensure you follow these. Gwyneth Hulse Design does not take responsibility for damage when care instructions are not adhered to.
We handcraft all our products. Due to the unique nature of the wood and the handmade process, minor variations in design will occur.
