Shipping + Returns

At Gwyneth Hulse Design, we want you to be pleased with your purchase and understand our terms and conditions.  Please read the following information regarding payments, shipping and returns.  Should you have any other queries please contact us.


Payment:

We accept all major credit and debit card payments via PayPal.  You do not need a PayPal account to do this.  Goods will be shipped once full payment is received.


Shipping:

Please take note of our Christmas Shipping Dates.
Orders must be placed before these dates if you would like your item delivered in time for Christmas.
New Zealand: Courier, Monday 17 December
Australia: Standard Air Mail, Monday 1 December
Rest of world: Friday 29 November

New Zealand shipping:
We aim to dispatch your order within 2-4 business days.  We use either Fastway Couriers or New Zealand Post.  Please allow 2-3 days for delivery within New Zealand.  We recommend shipping to your work or other suitable daytime address to ensure someone is available to accept your order as we cannot take responsibility for any item that goes missing after delivery.

International shipping:
All our wooden products can be shipped internationally.
We aim to dispatch your order within 2-4 business days.  We use New Zealand Post for international shipping.  Items are not tracked, if you would like your parcel tracked please contact us for prices.  Please allow 6-14 days for delivery.  For international orders, you are responsible for any and all duties, customs and foreign transaction charges that may be incurred when the package arrives in your country.  Please contact your local customs authorities for further information on your country’s taxes and duties.


Returns & Exchanges:

If received items do not meet your expectations, we are happy to refund or exchange as long as items are in perfect, unused condition and you contact us within 5 working days of receiving your order.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  Our returns policy does not apply to custom orders, sale items or items sold as seconds.


Damaged Goods:

If for some reason an item arrives damaged, we will either refund you or replace the item.  Please contact us immediately after receiving your order.  We will pay for postage if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).  Please check parcels are not damaged before signing for delivery.


Customer Service:

All items come with care instructions- please ensure you follow these.  Gwyneth Hulse Design cannot not take responsibility for damage when care instructions are not adhered to.

We handcraft all our products and due to the unique nature of the wood and the handmade process, minor variations in design will occur.


Pricing:

All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars.
