Experimenting and trying out new ideas is addictive — like a good book that you can’t put down — and I can spend hours ‘fiddling’ with bits of wood. However, it’s tough to find the time to do this amongst the more mundane (but essential) tasks of running a business.
So to challenge myself over winter I have set a goal — to make one new item every week from existing materials and offcuts lying on the workshop floor. It will be an ongoing exploration of shape, materials and techniques.
The One Of A Kind collection is the result of this challenge.
